How quickly can you get to me?
Don’t worry, I’m not going to say ‘How longs a piece of string’. When you call Rig Rescue 24HR Recovery & Roadside Towing Ltd on 01942 294 168, we will be able to give you an estimated time of arrival, after we know your location.
However, as we are based in Wigan, if you are also within Wigan, I can be with you within a maximum of 30 minutes after leaving our base in WN5.
Refund Policy and Payment Options?
We do not offer refunds. If you pay us to come to out to you, we will keep our promise and get to you ASAP. You will have a professional, competent and polite service from us.
Payments are by bank transfers (faster payments). We have decided to ensure our customers avoid paying more due to using debit or credit cards. This minimises the cost to both the customer and our business. Debit and credit cards charge payment processing fees and this is a cost we don’t want to have to pass on to our customers.
